i had a great stay at holiday inn! the location is convenient, very close to beautiful downtown, making it easy to explore. my king leisure room was clean and comfortable. i appreciated how accommodating the staff was, especially when the tv wasn’t working. they sent a repairman within 10 minutes!

Clean room with good amenities. Unfortunately, the internet was unreliable during my stay, which was frustrating.

The room was a good size and clean. I loved that the bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the quick service when I had an issue with the TV. someone was there in no time. The location was really convenient too, right off the Interstate, which was handy for getting around town.

Many aspects of the facility feel dated and in need of a good makeover. Dust in the room caused allergic reactions, with carpets screaming for a deep clean. The buffet breakfast did not live up to expectations. a lack of options and underwhelming quality left much to be desired. The showerhead is oddly placed, making it awkward for taller guests, and some amenities like toiletries could use an upgrade. There’ve been issues with the pool area as towels were scarce and cleanliness was questionable. Additionally, there was some confusion around breakfast inclusions at check-in that caused unnecessary hassle.

I had a great one-night stay. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a variety of choices. The location was convenient for my travel needs. The staff was helpful and friendly. 😊

We had a fun time exploring Keney Park, where the kids loved the playground and open spaces. The location of the hotel was ideal, making it easy to get to both the park and the historic Mark Twain House. The pool was another highlight for the kids, providing a refreshing escape.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The room was well-sized and perfect for our needs during our short stay. The complimentary shuttle to downtown made exploring the city easy and enjoyable! However, there was an issue with room cleaning on our second day, which could be improved for a better overall experience.

So I checked in for a night, and it was a pretty good spot. The room was clean and cozy. Loved that it was smoke-free! Only glitch was the coffee machine was busted, so I had to wait for the cafe downstairs to open. Kinda annoying since I needed my caffeine fix. Overall, not too shabby!

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and late check-out options. The staff even assisted me with transport during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a hassle-free stay and I'll be back next year!

It was just a strong match for a concise stay in East Hartford with value for money. I had a good experience with the quick resolution when my room wasn't cleaned properly at check-in. Make sure to check the Wi-Fi before settling in.
